Protect your intellectual property and digital assets with quality legal advice and the proper legal documentation.

The Digital Legal Service Stream provides eligible companies with access to legal counsel who will recommend and draft one of three documents for your website/online platform: Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or End-User License Agreement (EULA). Participants receive a final document which they can then upload to their website or SaaS platform.

Please note that the cost for one of these three (3) Digital Legal Services is paid for directly by DMI. Any additional legal support or advice will require a separate agreement and is out of scope of the Digital Services Program.
